Join Tilly and Eli on Sunday August 9th for a special community practice honouring the yogic tradition of 108: a sacred number representing wholeness, connection and the intrinsic relationship between ourselves, nature and the cosmos.In the lead up to 10-8, we'll father to move through the traditional, empowering + meditative practice of 108 Sun Salutations, cultivating, focus and presence and connection of body + breath.
Led by the beautiful Tilly and Eli, this practice will be approached with a spirit of curiosity and fun rather than perfection – there will be variations offered, invitations to rest and encouragement to move at your own pace. Whether you complete all 108 salutations or simply join us for being mentally present for the practice, you'll be contributing to the collective energy of the practice.
Come ready to move, breathe and experience the unique and powerful rhythm that emerges when a community practises together.

As our beautiful teacher Stacey navigates a cancer diagnosis and the road to recovery, we'll be coming together as a community for a special donation class hosted by Amy, with all proceeds going directly to Stacey and her family during an incredibly challenging time.
