A 90-minute workshop exploring inverted arm balances (i.e. headstand, handstand and pincha) by way of understanding the principles of inversions. We’ll build strength, alignment and techniques needed to approach these postures safely and with control.
A 30-minute warm-up flow will be followed by a 60-minute workshop of drills, exercises and poses.
Suitable for students with a regular practice who are looking to deepen their understanding of going upside down.
