WINTER WARMER CHALLENGE

As we head into the cooler months and shift inward, make the choice to nourish yourself – to protect your energy, to build your strength and to feel good from the inside out. Choose to be intentional with your time, to support your immune system and to prioritise your physical and mental wellbeing. 

Our Winter Warmer Challenge is an invitation to do just that – to keep showing up for your body and mind, and to find the consistency that sustains you through this season and into the next. 

The goal: 45 classes across June, July and August. That's an average of 15 a month – flexible enough to work around life, structured enough to keep you motivated and to feel the benefits.
